Holiday Change over Cleaning
Our holiday change over service will give you piece of mind and ensure the presentation and cleanliness is shown at in the properties best light.
We can provide linen and towels saving you money and time. Our linen hire consists of pure white Egyptian cotton linen and oxford pillow cases.
All aspects of the change over are taken care of including topping up materials such as dishwasher tablets, soaps, kitchen cleaners and cloths, toilet tissue, kitchen roll etc.
A welcome hamper can be provided at request.
Each clean will be a top to bottom clean including internal windows if required.
Staff will liaise with letting agents to ensure all guest requirements are met.
Care taking & key holding
Our Care taking and Key-holding services are very popular with second home owners who want security and piece of mind.
We will ensure the property in question is checked and maintained to high standards. Any issues found will be reported and remedied immediately.
